Waterloo, Napoleon… The Waterloo Golf Course, where the past converges with the present
The Waterloo Golf Course, where the past converges with the present…
Golf Waterloo, located in the Eastern Townships, opened its doors in 1961, when a 9-hole course was first laid out on the Waterloo golf course.
During the fall of 1973, the Club House burned down, leaving only memories of golf.
In the spring of 1974, construction began on the new Club House, this time in a different location to accommodate the higher demand. The Armand Russel family decided to build an 18-hole course (the Napoleon) which opened in the spring of 1991. The Golf Waterloo golf course was comprised of a total of 27 holes.

1994 marked the Club House expansion. In fact, the reception rooms, bar, snack-bar, kitchen and cloakroom were completely renovated to accommodate the new clientele.
In 1997, an additional 9 hole was built to complete the original 9 hole of the Waterloo golf course. With a 36-hole course and a modern Club House, Waterloo Golf Club was fast becoming the destination of choice for Eastern Township golfers.
In 2009, new owners Isabelle Lisé and Joslin Coderre made it their mission to transform the Waterloo Golf Club into the best golf club in the Eastern Townships. Substantial improvements are underway on the golf course
as well as in the Club House.
